Velia

Velia is an AEDAS Homes gated development of 42 two- and three-bedroom homes in the new Los Ahijones district of Madrid (Vicálvaro), designed by the Alberich-Rodríguez architecture studio. Usable areas range from 55.72 to 87.50 m²; every home has a terrace, and there are ground-floor units with gardens and penthouses with a private solarium, plus an underground garage space and a storage room. Communal areas include a swimming pool, a community room and landscaped grounds with controlled access, and all homes have an A energy rating with aerothermal heating and underfloor heating and cooling.
